On March 8, eleven Canadian families began a six-week educational and personalized self-improvement program developed by the Truestar Health experts.

On Monday, April 26, at 7:00 p.m., the media are invited to attend an exclusive event for the families who have been selected to continue their journey to better health with a more intensified six-week extension of the program. One family will be selected to win $1,000 who has reached their goals, and the other families will receive $500 each for participating as an incentive to help them lose weight.

Each family is required to attend mandatory weekly meetings on Mondays at 7:00 p.m. at Truestar Health headquarters, 55 St. Clair Ave. W., 6th floor and will be evaluated weekly on their weight loss progress. Each participant will then complete an evaluation at the conclusion of the six-week program. “Each participant selected has demonstrated enthusiasm and exceptional results,” said Terry Nason, VP of Marketing.
